The before was just a to-do list, staring my client in the face. I was able to turn his small patio into multiple functional zones that look and feel inviting.
Design Process Using 3D Renderings
3D design is excellent for clients who have trouble visualizing ideas. It's very helpful for layout planning and seeing the amount of space furnishings will take up.
I usually give clients 2–3 design boards to start and modify as we choose items. These renderings can help you see how your space will come together. It's fun and exciting and lets you try different approaches.
After
Sleek & Functional with Designated Zones
The patio now features designated lounging, dining, and cooking areas. Each space can function individually or efficiently merge with another when entertaining larger groups.
The dining space is a great change of scenery for days of working from home. Taking your laptop outside can not only give you an alternative workspace, but it provides all the benefits of being outdoors while continuing to check off your work tasks.
