Clearly, the before was just a to-do list staring my client in the face. I was able to turn his small patio into multiple functional zones that look and feel inviting. 

Design Process Using 3D Renderings

3D design is excellent for clients who have trouble visualizing ideas. It's very helpful for layout planning and seeing the amount of space furnishings will take up.

I usually give clients 2–3 design boards to start and modify as we choose items. These renderings can help you see how your space will come together. It's fun and exciting and lets you try different approaches.
