Creating your special spot outside can really change your overall mood and life. It can affect the way you feel all day long, which affects everything you do and everyone you meet.

It doesn't have to be much — it can be as simple as a comfy chair and a bird feeder where you like to sit and watch the birds. Maybe it's a front porch where you sit after a long day and say hi to neighbors walking by.  Make your spot something you look forward to that draws you out.
